Our advice is based on information you provide and applicable law as on the date of advice. Any change in facts, law or circumstances may impact the advice given.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for our engagement. Delays or inaccuracies in information may impact timelines and outcomes.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, statutory portals and verifying any filings made on your behalf.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees are communicated in advance and are payable as per the agreed schedule. Government fees, statutory charges and third-party expenses are charged on actuals where applicable.
All fees are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs and proprietary methodology on this website are owned by Namuwala Consulting LLP and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and used solely for delivering services. Disclosure may happen only with your consent or where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namuwala's total liability under any engagement is limited to the professional fees received from the client for that engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing as per the terms of the service agreement. Fees for services already rendered up to the date of termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
