This Cancellation Policy applies to engagements entered into with Namuwala Consulting LLP for any of its professional services.

You may cancel an engagement by sending a written request to hello@namuwala.in. Charges for work already performed up to the date of cancellation remain payable.

Government fees, stamp duties and any third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

Namuwala may cancel an engagement if accurate information or required documents are not provided in a reasonable time, if there is a conflict of interest, or for any reason that prevents us from performing professional services with integrity.

Free consultation slots may be rescheduled with prior intimation. Repeated no-shows may impact future scheduling.

Upon cancellation, we will share a final invoice and any deliverables completed up to that date. Confidentiality obligations continue to apply post cancellation.
